Acquired in 1972 by the Arrivé family, Château Bellevue is a beautiful 108-hectare estate that shelters, behind its 6 km of walls and magnificent gate, a 19th-century château, now the family home. Seventy hectares are planted with Ugni Blanc and Colombard grapes for the production of Cognac, distilled on the estate in copper pot stills using the traditional Charente method. The remaining 30 hectares of vineyards are planted with white and red grape varieties destined for the production of remarkable Pineau des Charentes. Château Bellevue also houses the vine nursery, another core business of the family.

Founded in 1669, Domaine du Taillant has belonged to the Arrivé family since 1981. They have completely restored the 30 hectares of clay-siliceous soil, with limestone predominance on some slopes. The estate, located near major appellations, enjoys exceptional sunshine and is planted with a wide variety of grape varieties. This is how Domaine du Taillant produces wines renowned for their high quality.

In the heart of the Cognac region, Domaine Elisabeth is a very old family estate that has been perpetuating winemaking traditions since 1767. The 50 hectares of vines are planted with Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Ugni Blanc, and Colombard, as well as Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Since 1997, Domaine Elisabeth has been certified organic. Wines, Pineau des Charentes, Cognacs, and grape juice produced on the estate are therefore all organic!

This is the most recent acquisition of Jean-Guy and Bruno Arrivé. In 2003, they planted 10 hectares of prestigious grape varieties on the Caillaud rock, composed of Maastrichtian limestone. This exceptional terroir gives rise to a unique wine, "Le Talmondais," harvested and vinified by hand. All the winemaking, aging, and distillation processes take place in the heart of the Chai de La Dame Blanche , an unusual place steeped in history. To date, every vintage has won an award at the Concours Général Agricole (General Agricultural Competition). The first six amphorae of the 2005 vintage were submerged in the Gironde estuary. The lucky person who discovers one of these amphorae will receive a case of this wine every year for the rest of their life.
