This blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinot Noir is aged for 10 months in oak barrels. Expressive, quite complex, ample and of good intensity, you will first find aromas of black fruits (blackcurrant, blackberry, redcurrant) then varietal notes reminiscent of green pepper and ivy leaf, mixed with toasty characteristics (toast) leading to slightly animal notes (leather).
