Please note that upon receiving your packages, only sign the carrier's delivery receipt after verifying the number of boxes and their condition. In case of any dispute, we strongly advise you to note any reservations on the carrier's delivery slip and notify us (with supporting photos if possible). Otherwise, the carriers will not issue a refund, and consequently, we will be unable to return any damaged goods.
