Our Élisabeth Organic XO Extra Cognac is 100% Colombard, aged for over 20 years in our Limousin oak barrels. It is very full-bodied and complex, with expressive aromas of walnut and dried apricot, underscored by hints of vanilla, roasted notes, and sweet spices on the finish. Ideal served neat at around 25°C.
